This is an event of ease and play. Of falling deep into trust of your inner guidance (how you FEEL to move AS presence) and the reflection of the beauty you create (who you ARE).
It is an event of being in flow, of expanding your creative life force THROUGH your body as you move with feeling. By creating, we remember even more deeply that we already ARE the innocence and purity of our creative essence. This process of surrendering to the impulse of the heart heals, informs, guides and remembers you.
We will begin in stillness as the sun rises, bringing our systems into coherence with Sacred Sound (crystal harp, 528hz - DNA repair, and a Lemurian chalice tuned to Venus -LOVE frequency), attuning to the unified field whilst held amid the gentle waves, and rays of morning light.
And then we will simply play.
We can get so caught up in perfecting the creation that we can shrink our presence, dim our light as we TRY to BE. When we naturally unfold AS ourselves in the moment, we see that creation is already perfect- all that needs to be worked through arises naturally. Because we are in a state of play, it is with greater ease and grace that we can make the shifts we are internally being invited to make. As such, you will likely discover this process to be one of reflection and growth, releasing more threads that are ready to fall away as you anchor more fully into the energetics in this NOW.
